EFT tapping/Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping is form of therapy that involves tapping on specific meridian points demarcated on the body while focusing on negative emotions. EFT is based on the principles of acupuncture and combines elements of modern psychology.

During an EFT tapping session, we begin by having a chat and identifying a specific issue to address, such as anxiety or a phobia. We then tap on a series of points on the body, including the top of the head, the eyebrow, the side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, on the chin, the collarbone, and under the arm, while repeating a statement or phrase related to the issue they want to address. I will guide you through the points and the entire process. All you need to do is show up with an openness to explore.
